- In order to receive a Germany Semester Ticket, your respective college or university must have entered into a contract to this effect.
- Valid for the current semester.
- No bicycle transport included.
Travel throughout Germany with this semester ticket!
Travel throughout Germany with your semester ticket! If your college or university has a contract with S-Bahn Berlin, all you have to do is transfer your ticket to a mobile phone ticket via S-Bahn Berlin. Your college or university will automatically inform you of all the important details when you first enrol or re-register at the start of the semester.
There are various ordering processes:
First, select the tab "Summer semester 2025". There you will find your college or university and the corresponding path to ticket delivery.

Variante A (order directly via S-Bahn Berlin App)

Important Notes:
- The mobile phone ticket subscription works on all iPhones and Android smartphones that have at least the following operating system: Apple iPhones from iOS version 16.7 & Android smartphones from version 9
- Each ticket is displayed with a monthly expiry date. However, it is valid for a whole semester. Tickets for the following month are always issued between the 24th and the last calendar day. During this period, swipe down to refresh the tickets and the display will show the current month and the following month. At the beginning of the new month, only the current ticket will be displayed. No new order is necessary. The monthly update serves to prevent fraud.
Attention iOS users!
- We are working hard to fix a technical display error in the ticket area. Until this is resolved, we ask you to wait for about 15 seconds after logging in. The login bar will then disappear and the ticket area will become visible.
