- In Blankenburg a platform change is necessary for both directions. The journey continues out of the city after about 15 minutes from the opposite platform or into the city after 17 minutes from the same platform. Alternative travel options exist in direction city after 7 - 10 minutes with the other line.
- Timetable change. The trains run:
- from Blankenburg to Birkenwerder approx. 15 minutes later,
- (only the trains Blankenburg on the minute 45) Blankenburg to Pankow approx. 4 minutes earlier and have a stay in Pankow from approx. 4 minutes.
- Passengers please use between Bornholmer Straße, Hohen Neuendorf and Birkenwerder the line S1.
