The Johannisthal S-Bahn station cannot be served by the train replacement bus service; instead, the replacement service buses stop at the “Benno-König-Straße” tram stop in Groß-Berliner-Damm. From there the walk to the Johannisthal S-Bahn station is approx. 500 meters. The access to the pedestrian bridge from Benno-König-Straße (Gustav-Hertz-Platz) is not barrier-free.
