You are ordering our mobile phone ticket for the first time? Then visit our subscription portal "Abo-Online" and follow these instructions:

  1. Choose your ticket. Available is our Deutschlandticket. Our Deutschlandsemesterticket is also issued as a mobile phone ticket, but there is a separate ordering process in place -> How to order your semester ticket
  2. Set mobile phone ticket as the issuing medium in the order process.
  3. Sign up to our „S-Bahn Berlin app“ (Make sure you have the latest app version):
    The registration page can be found via the menu (top left) by clicking on "Mein Abo" ("My subscription"). Please sign up using the same e-mail address you used while ordering your ticket at Abo-Online.
  4. Log in to the "S Bahn Berlin app". You'll find your mobile phone ticket at "Mein Abo". If not, please swipe down during to refresh the page.
