Customers who want a personal subscription:

• Must submit a completed subscription form. This is available on site or here as a download
• You need to present government-issued ID and provide your bank details for a subscription.

Where and how long the ticket is valid:

• For all public transport services (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, regional train, tram, ferry and bus) in the entire VBB network.
• The holder has around-the-clock travel during the subscription ticket's validity period.
• The ticket is issued to a specific person and is non-transferable.
• The ticket is available to everyone aged 65 or older on the first day of validity.
• When buying this ticket, please provide a passport photo and submit your government-issued ID for checking details.

Starter card

A subscription starts on the first day of a month. Anyone who wants to travel before the 1st can use the starter card.

VBB-fahrCard

People with this subscription receive a VBB-fahrCard. This card's chip stores the subscription's details.
