BVG Muva als barrierefreie Alternative
Mithilfe des BVG Muva erhalten mobilitätseingeschränkte Menschen im Tarifgebiet Berlin AB ohne Zusatzkosten zum Ticket bzw. mit gültigem Schwerbehindertenausweis per Anruf im BVG Muva Call-Center unter + 49 30 256 55 555 oder via App eine alternative, barrierefreie Fahrmöglichkeit für Direktfahrten zwischen S- und U-Bahnhöfe sowie Bushaltestellen in einem Radius von fünf Kilometern. Hilfsmittel wie z. B. Gehstock und Rollstuhl werden mitgenommen.
