BVG Muva lift substitute service
Elevator defective? There is a remedy!
With the help of the BVG Muva Aufzugersatz (lift substitute service), you can get an alternative, barrier-free travel option at certain S-Bahn and underground stations if a lift is not available, at no extra cost to your ticket or with a valid disability card by calling the BVG Muva call centre on + 49 30 256 55 555 or via app. Aids such as walking sticks and wheelchairs are accepted. This offer currently applies for:
