Elevator and Escalator Outages

Find out which elevators and escalators are currently out of service at trainstations and will be repaired or replaced in the near future.

With the help of the BVG Muva, persons with reduced mobility can get a Berlin-wide (tariff zone AB) alternative, barrier-free travel option for direct journeys between S-Bahn and U-Bahn stations and bus stops within a radius of five kilometers at no extra cost to your VBB ticket or with a valid disability card by calling the BVG Muva call centre on + 49 30 256 55 555 or via app. Aids such as walking sticks and wheelchairs are accepted.
